Lesser Black-backed Gull Yellow H.501 turned into art

Some months ago I received a request by the ringer of Lesser Black-backed Gull Yellow H.501 if I could provide him with a photo so that it could be turned into a painting for his personal enjoyment.

I was very flattered by this request and of course sent him the photo he requested.

A few months forward and I was sent the result: very impressive!

The painting was created by German artist Diana Höhlig.

All photos of the paintings were posted with kind permission of the artist.
