I was able to capture some nice footage today of an adult Black-headed Gull collecting nesting material and using it to build a nest.
The individual shown is ringed as White E5KL, now in it’s 4th calendar year.
Its partner (unringed) can be seen standing to the right of the nest. She was helping out earlier but is now enjoying a break.
